What is Ladli Behna Yojana?

Ladli Behna Yojana is a financial scheme launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to provide financial assistance to women of the state.

The scheme is open to married, widowed, and divorced women between the ages of 21 and 60 years.

Eligibility criteria

– They must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. – Their annual family income should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh. – They must not be income tax payers.

Benefit

– A financial assistance of Rs. 1000 per month. – A lump sum of Rs. 1 lakh on the birth of their second child. – A lump sum of Rs. 2 lakh on the marriage of their daughter.

How to apply?

Women can apply for Ladli Behna Yojana online or through their nearest Common Service Center (CSC). To apply online, they need to visit the official website of the scheme and fill up the application form.
